I have been told from my school it’s 20% however on the AQA website it says 40%. Do you know the correct percentage, what have you been told from your school?

I’ve noticed that most universities require at least 5 GCSEs which always includes English. I’ve got more than 5 GCSEs including one in English Literature but I got a D in English Language.

Which GCSE do universities mean by “english”, or does it mean both (or either)?

I just started in GCSE’s and in english i have to do some original writing, where i can write anything, its marked on just about everything from your imagination to puntuation. So i was going to write about a serial killer who ‘plays’ games with his victims, i want to get across how scared his victims are and how Manic the killer is, my only problem is that i dont know how to get it across with words, so if anyone could give me a bit of help i would be very grateful, Thanks.
